this was a horrible experience. I booked in advance at my local dealer. You couldn't fulfill my reservation so I had to go to another city to get the truck. This person was unprofessional, not on site, I called the number and they answered with a rude hello. She told me 10 plus times that she just had a baby. I asked about furniture pads and was advised not on the reservation and they have any in the store. I couldn't have them anyways because she just had a baby. I was frustrated and advised I expected to talk to a person. I needed pads for my one way move. She advise I was rude and that she would cancel my reservation. She then berated me verbally. I took it as I needed the truck. She advise me to not take her lock and put it in the drop box. The lock doesn't fit in the drop box. The Uhaul app didn't work as it would not take pictures. I had to go here because you didn't have my truck. That actually made me go over in miles which I had to pay $75.40. I went to my local dealer which is 1/2 mile from my house for help. My dealer on maynardville hwy in Halls did a great job and helped me out. They also had 3- 15 ft trucks on the lot. Why didn't I get one of those?
