As I was taking photos of the truck and instructions during the drop off, the owner (of African decent) came out yelling at me asking why I was dropping it off there. I explained to him the confirmed reservations of drop off and he would not stop insisting I drop it off down the street. I explained to him I was responsible to drop it off at that location (as confirmed in my reservation) and not at another location down the street.

Who ever is in the store controlling the rental trucks has the worst costumer service. I will highly recommend to hire someone else.
Mario BEverything was good but I didn’t get the furniture dolly because they didn’t have it at the store and I really needed it to carry the piano, it was too heavy to pick up.
Mohammad ZI had a horrible experience getting my rental. First my rental was supposed to be the share 24/7 and that was not available so I had to go speak with someone. Then that person had to communicate with someone else who was not present to get my reservation. I was told I had to go to another location that was even further, something was wrong and I couldn’t get my rental there. I told them no I would not do that because I was guaranteed my rental at this location. Then about 10 minutes later they said it was fine and I couldn’t get it there. When I finally got my rental, it was 30 minutes into my rental time. Just a horrible experience and I don’t think I will use U-Haul again.

TIMOTHY AIt was just hard at first to move the truck based on where it was parked. Took me a while to do so. The gentleman in charge did assist. It was clean only cigarette butts was in the drivers seat on the ground. I didn’t get the equipments I requested. I was told it wasn’t available.

ADRIENNE CIt’s a gas station I drop the key off at the cashier desk. They didn’t do an inspection or anything. It’s not well marked and was difficult to find I felt bad dropping off a brand new cargo van to a dirty gas station

Ursula RIt would be nice if he would have given me a receipt when I dropped the truck off it would have been nice if he made me feel comfortable dropping the truck off he refused to give me a receipt he said he was going to email it to me never did I finally got a receipt when I sent emails to people to complain about the services next time I think I'll stick with Penske Rental after all when you rent a truck to move you're usually on a tight schedule and U-Haul is so incompetent they have no idea what they're doing at customer service and because of that they suck.

Sean OTitle: Disappointing Experience with U-Haul Rental Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I have rented from U-Haul several times in the past, but this latest experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I was kept waiting as the attendant was preoccupied with a personal phone call and exhibited a poor attitude. Additionally, there was a discrepancy with the vehicle’s mileage which resulted in an overcharge. The odometer reading at checkout was inaccurately noted as 3305.6 miles, whereas it actually read 3314.5 miles when I took possession of the truck. The cleanliness of the truck was also unsatisfactory, with trash and empty water bottles left in the cab, and some kind of foaming material in the back. Furthermore, despite pointing out a mistake in the fuel level recording at checkout, I was dismissively told not to worry. I had rented the truck with a half tank of fuel and returned it with the same amount, yet the return fuel level was recorded as lower. Overall, this was a frustrating and unsatisfactory rental experience.

Person at the counter very rude, Continued to chat on personal call, Tellimg me this truck is rented to someone else and when asked he said he does not know to whom its rented to? finally told me to go outside and do online...You dont have to come in. its self pick up on line and get the key from the Box. key boxes were both opened and no keys were there. finally I have to call Uhaul to get all the help. Mary BAbsolutely disgusted by the experience. I chose to do a mobile pickup and there was an error at the time of pickup. The attendant at Hampshire BP location was incredibly rude and refused to help. I spent another 45 mins trying to resolve the issue by calling customer support. When I was returning the vehicle the same attendant continued be rude not just to me but other customers as well. He told me that he speaks on behalf of the owner of this location and doesn’t care if I complained to U-Haul. I would absolutely avoid this location in the future no matter the circumstances. Separate issue: I was told by U-Haul rep that they would compensate me for this behavior as well as the 45 mins I spent talking to them to resolve the issue. I was however surprised to see on my final bill that no such compensation was provided.

Anthony MMy only complaint was when got to the pickup location. The station attendant could not U-Haul to answer phone so he could get the code to give us the keys. He was persistent and about 30 minutes later he had success. He was very courteous and patient. Everything else went perfect.

Eduardo MRenting a truck from U-Haul was the worst experience ever! I reserved a truck at a pick-up spot and when I got there It was not there. When I logged on my account they said I did not have a reservation. Later that day someone called me from that location to ask why I didn't pick up the truck. He guaranteed me I could get one the next day. Again, we got there and there was no truck. We called customer service and was on hold over an hour. They said one was available at another location (New Hampshire BP) and to go there. When we arrived, the clerk said he could not give us the truck. Again, with customer service for an hour. Finally, we were able to use the truck, but it took two days and pulling teeth to get it. I will NEVER use U-haul again, and DO NOT recommend.
Coni LI reserved a truck at a Beltsville, MD location. However, I learned that the truck was at a different location. The Silver Spring, MD location was further which caused me to pay more for milage and the attendant at the BP gas station, where the truck was located was not not very helpful and did not want to end, a seemingly, personal phone call to help facilitate the pick up.
