Nothing about the locations. U-Haul's portals and website are TERRIBLE. I couldn't find where to check in on the account dashboard so the first location had to do it on their account. They didn't open until 9:30am so I was lucky picking it up at 7am. Then when I dropped off the truck the website couldn't pick up my location. I had to leave the truck unlocked with the keys in the glove box. Do better, U-Haul!Greg S.

Hampstead was not the original pick-up location. I was supposed to pick up in Winsor Mill but when I arrived they didn't have any 10' trucks and I was not contacted to change my pickup location beforehand despite putting down a deposit for the truck two weeks in advance. I got my deposit back, however I drove significantly out of my way and had to adjust my entire moving schedule for the day.Tamara S.

The staff at the Hampstead location was friendly and efficient. We had to change our truck return date at pickup, but they were able to accommodate us with no issues. Overall a very good experience. The only negative issue we had was that on the truck we rented, the â€œmom's atticâ€ area had a bad leak during a rain storm and some of our boxes were soggy and falling apart when we unloaded the truck. I reported this to the agent when we returned the truck.tony B.

The pick up location representative, Doug, was amazing! I highly recommend him and Hampstead Auto parts for pick up. Our issue was with the truck itself. Due to rain during our trip, some of our belongings got wet! Not just the items at the back by the door, but those in the overcab portion, known as Grandmas Attic.Mark F.

I'm not sure if I missed it, but it would've been nice to know what settings my phone had to have for 24/7 pickup. Then I wouldn't have had to call customer service for my location to be determined. Also, it wouldn't let me use my cell (error said number already in use), which was frustrating - but had nothing to do with the location.Darla P.

Should show the customer a map or overlay of what the drop off place looks like, where the office is and where the drop off lot is. For the after hours drop off, I was not sure where to put the trailer. I had to do some looking and reasoning on where to park the trailer.KEN Q.

We only went to Hamsted because they lost our reservation. They kept having us drive between two Westminster locations. The entire experience was a nightmare.Danni F.
Best experience I've received with renting from uhaul will always use this location when needed my last experience was horrible with a different location I feel this location should always have a car trailer on hand so I'll never have to experience a bad experience with uhaulChristopher T.

Agents need to better understand the drop off point services. I was told I could go to one location who would accept the trailer but they did not luckily I found a second location very nearby. Is good bring issues in the future.Michael W.

Recvd email while traveling that the location for drop off was actually changed while en route to Hampstead, MD. Returned trailer as scheduled initially to Hampstead. Uhaul should not attempt to change drop off locations on the customer just for convenience of U-haul. Once customer makes all arrangements, that is their plan and should not be attempted to be changed without customer consent. Otherwise, experience was overall excellent.cynthia S.

The counter person was very helpful at the store. When I took the trailer to the drop yard, I pointed a tire that had very thin tread on the inside and a wear spot on the electric cable to the person meeting us there, and he nothing but disinterested in what I had to say.
