I had no problem with the store where I rented the truck. The truck I used was extremely sluggish, it didn't shift well at all. I thought I was operating a diesel truck because it was so loud when I accelerated from a stop. Not sure if there is a governor on this truck, but on the highway it would not go over 60 mph. Overall it did the job.

truck was not swept out very well. there was a light missing (near top of truck in the front) which was found at drop off. we did not do a pick-up inspection (as I do with rental cars), so the missing light was not on the pick-up paperwork, but we did not remove the light nor have an accidental damage to it.

The business name is wrong. It's actaully Carquest in Hampstead MD not Hampstead Auto Parts. When using gps it took me to the wrong location. Called the number on the website and drove back to Carquest.

Wipers need to be replaced (squeaky noise). Need some driving instructions such as backing up, blindspots, and an explanation of dashboard controls. I was never asked if I ever drove a 20 foot truck before.

When entered into GPS the location is off by a few miles. I was driving around using both gas and accruing miles trying to locate the drop off location. When I finally did find Hampstead Auto Parts there was no clear indication where the uhaul drop off was. I had to walk all around the building looking for a Dropbox. If
