The location where I was supposed to pick up the key wasn't open even thought they stated they were so I had to contact the neighboring restaurant to have the manager call the owner to call a nearby employee to go to the location to provide the key. Not a huge deal - they got it done - just not smooth and it costed me an hour of time which ended up being real money.
