tire was wore out & had a blowout
Michael PI wouldn't rent there because they said I drove 40 miles when I only drove 24 miles they had the mileage wrong in there system and charged me extra
Ishmael HIt was a junk yard and way out of the way till they took another 27 ..$ just for mileage and another ten dollars just to find the place for us in gas it was a muddy mess I have to spend more just to get my vehicle cleaned.it was all dark and trying to find it I was afraid I was going to get a flat .then just trying to figure out the parking and just how to do it all on the app was stupid.

PAMELA PThey gave me a truck that I did NOT reserve, their customer service from U-haul was terrible. They hung up on me 2x's and never call me back. Now I have to spend more money to move the rest of my stuff. Wouldn't recommend them !!!!!
Sherry JAny truck we have picked up from there has had muddy foot prints in the truck that we had to clean before returning. Inside of the windshield looked like they wiped it down with a wet towel and left it wet to dry so it was hard to see out of the windshield. Requested 2 dozen furniture pads, but only received 1 dozen and they didn't bother telling us beforehand or when we picked up the truck that they did not have all of the pads we needed. Last time we use this place.
Scott HCell service at drop off location was really bad. Barely was able to do return on the app.

Susan YMade reservations by phone, but elizabethton location entered the wrong destination and when I ask about it I was told it would be ok. Dropped off in Grayson, Ky, which was correct location on Saturday night at above 10pm, and they were too lazy to check the truck in on Monday, but waited till Tuesday and charged me another days rent. I have pics of us dropping the keys in the drop box with date and time!

Marvin BService was good up until I returned the 12’ box trailer I rented. The man who unhooked the trailer was extremely rude because I asked him to lift the trailer off of my hitch ( none of the trailers had jacks). One super ride employ ruined the work of everyone else.

Charles PThe guy who I talked to when I first arrived got a phone call. I asked him some questions and he literally ignored me so I had to press the issue. The woman working in the office was sweet and polite. She did her job well.
Scott OTrailer was damaged and only one they had, supervisor looked at it and said it was OK to use and was supposed to put yellow X’s where the damage was and did not do that. I used the trailer with no issues but was worried something might happen on my 800 mile trip.
