Make the drop box more easily seen
Susan Y.Made reservations by phone, but elizabethton location entered the wrong destination and when I ask about it I was told it would be ok. Dropped off in Grayson, Ky, which was correct location on Saturday night at above 10pm, and they were too lazy to check the truck in on Monday, but waited till Tuesday and charged me another days rent. I have pics of us dropping the keys in the drop box with date and time!
