Vehicle needed transmission service. While driving I was under the impression that the transmission would fail because it appeared to be stuck in one gear most of the time. When engine reached a certain rpm the transmission then shifted accordingly. Wow just made it through the day

I called and booked my reservation w Frank for the same day usage. When i came in for the truck it was ready to go. The customer service was excellent from Frank, as always, since ive booked at this location numerous times over the last 4 months. The trucks were always clean and in good working condition. But i cant stress most about the customer service esp in a time where its not practiced in many retail or service centers. 5 stars for this location.
