It took me close to 2 hours before I was finally able to get the truck I reserved. I was sent from one location to a second location and the second location did not have the furniture pads I had requested. They had 5 out of 12 and they looked filthy. As a result of not having the pads I had a tv get broken because I had nothing to cover it with. The entire experience from start to finish was a fiasco.

Had a hard time taking lock off the trunk; at first I thought the wrong key was given to me and the location was closed. It took me nearly an hour to unlock the lock...very frustrating! Once I was able to unlock, everything else was a cinch

The location was professional but your rates are extremely expensive compared to others and I only used U-Haul because Penske and Home Depot we’re fully booked and had no trucks available. I will not use you for future jobs and make sure that I schedule well in advance with your competitors to avoid your exorbitant fees. You should note that I only for an emergency and if this what you are building business on, good luck.

I've used this U-Haul location on more than one occasion. These guys are great, always have a truck always there and always good service. The original truck I reserved for this location turned out to be at another location and U-Haul did not inform me of this as such I had to cancel that order and open a new one here and it instead of being a one-way truck it was an in town truck. Ended up costing more. The location is great, but the U-Haul online is not.

The van was 75% clean. There was trash & debri left inside in which we had to clean.
