ALEJANDRO RThe attendant was very professional and polite. He explained the billing statement throughly. However the 20’ truck was not very clean in the cab. The truck was also out of alignment as it pulled to the left the entire trip. Also the steering column was loose creating trouble shifting gears and also getting the key stuck in the ignition. The equipment is ready for the junk yard and should not have been rented to me. I would have refused rental but the issues were not discovered until I was on the road with a packed truck .
