Location was dirty and unkempt. Clerk was not helpful and demanded that I park the vehicle in a lot that was overgrown with weeds. There were other U-Haul vehicles that I had to negotiate around making the task difficult to accomplish.

I was forced to go to this location after at my initial choice the rental I was assigned had been vandalized and the gas tank drained. I believe Ipartial refund is in order for the time lost and the trouble to go to a different location. It is my opinion that U-Haul should inspect the vehicle the morning of rental and make sure they are ready for the customer. Also if the vehicle is not ready a vehicle at that location should be substituted or a vehicle should be brought from another location, Your attention concerning this matter is appreciated, Thank you in advance,
Lynn CMy items were covered in white dust when we arrived at our destination. The windshield was filthy and I couldn’t get it clean. Very unimpressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle.

Derrick RThe trucks are parked in an area with shin high grass. It was wet and soaked my tennis shoes right before I was set to load up. Mow the grass regularly. I also had to blow out the cargo area. It wasn't cleaned.
David EPlace looked shady, there was another uhual in the way of my rental and the cashier made me move it. That uhual had no breaks whats so ever. I metioned it to the cashier and she said she already requested it.

I move on a yearly basis and always rent U-hauls but I’m considering looking at other options for my next move and will advise my friends and family to do the same. Very disappointed with the service. Negative stars
