nola gThe furniture pads and appliance dolly were provided. I spent three hours going to multiple stores and didn't receive the appliance dolly and only partial quantity of pads.
LOREN WWell.the first truck they issued had no air.the second truck.the first tank i got 450 miles out of it.then it started making a ticking noice.i stopped in Salina kansas.u haul.they wouldnt answer the door.so i pushed on.every 100 miles it took 60 bucks this truck cost me 1500 to drive across the states.when u haul in Nixa told me i would get 15 miles to a gallon.i wanted a smaller truck.but they told my mother inlaw they didnt have one on lot by phone.when i got their.in Nixa.they had a smaller truck.but they wouldnt release it. I really believe my mother inlaw at 86 got taken advantage of.and should get some kind of refund. Thank you.

HERSCHEL JWhen equipment is turned in over 1/2 day early, customer should get a refund! UHAUL gets flexibility and can rent out sooner!
wally kMy initial pick-up time was changed from 7am to 10am because I had to go to a different location for my truck. That change made me hours behind in loading the truck. Had to start loading a flat trailer with sides instead. Total chaos because we couldn't get the truck when they told me I could initially. My movers were there but we had no truck to pack!

Colin SI returned my truck 2 days early and with 100 fewer miles then allowed and got no refund. Feel Uhaul cheated me out of at least 100 bucks!!
Matthew DThese gentleman went above and beyond and were more than helpful. I had ridden my motorcycle to pick up the uhaul and intended to load it into the back, as I anticipated doing it on my own. They offered to help me get it into the back and/or catch me should I fall off on the ramp LOL All went well and they helped me ratchet strap it into the back, offering advice and ensuring I was comfortable with the truck and bike before I left. I have used Uhaul before but this was by far my best experience!!
