There isn't anything to improve... I received outstanding customer service. Needed to extend the rental and app wasn't working. One phone to the store and not only was it taken care of they didn't try to rape my bank account.. unlike the rental place nere there store ... I rent trucks on a regular basis. First time renting at this store and won't be going anywhere else to rent when needed... Thank you
