Be sure that my reservation needs are met. I set my reservation for a 17' truck and was suckered into taking a 26' truck. I was left with no choice. I told the guy that my fuel level was off and he said he would make the adjustment which he did not. Very poor rental experience for me and I rent uhaul truck very often. Aviod this uhaul at all costs!!!

The place is too small to bring in a trailer hooked up to a 3500 dually extended cab. Plus it is a gas station with a lot of pumps and cars filling up. No room. I pulled in an attendant wanted it backed into a small spot. It was difficult between the fuel pumps and cars coming in for gas. I wanted to just drop it and have them maneuver it back where they wanted it but he said no. This was not right and I was nervous I would have hit something because it was a congested area. Never use this place again.

U HAUL SUCKS! I used to work there, so I have first hand experience with how poorly you treat and see your employees and customers. Your advertising is fraudulent at least and ignorant at best. 19 $ in-town...Ha you guys haven't changed your tricks. The ONLY reason I used your company is that I had no other way than to rent one of your trucks. Your over the phone personal don't tell people the little tricks you pull. No one the phone told me you would charge more if it was a one way, less than 19 miles away. She also did mention that the Van was not the same prices at the truck 10'... Your company is so mischievous and nefarious on how you charge and UP charge people. Fee for this fee for that, and on and on it goes until a 20/30$ rent turns into a 110$ without a hand truck?!! I didn't even use blankets, boxes, or anything else. I absolutely detest your company. I know you don't pay your employees well, and expect a lot from them. Open everyday of the year... What a jerk thing to do to people... working on the holidays... I hope your company goes under one day.

Terrible experience! They tell you if you break the paper thin tag for the dolly they charge you, it was broken by the time I got to my first destination before ever getting into the back. Of course no remorse from the clerk as I'm sure it's made that way for a reason. Charged an arm and a leg for an old truck with transmission issues and clearly been smoked in for quite some time. I'll never go back to them

Over charged me. Claiming another renter wanted the vehicle I was renting. Never was I told I would be charged double for bring the rented vehicle late.

How I feel about this location is not the attendants fault. I was sent to a drop off location that was completely out of the way and difficult to locate. Although I called to get a better alternative, no one was concerned with the gas and mileage adding up while I passed three other Uhaul locations in an effort to find a location that was not only inconvenient but no one told me I should be looking for gas station with an authorized dealer sign. I was told that I could only go to the location assigned because my uhaul was scheduled to be picked up by someone by 5pm that same day. This however could not be true because I had the rental for 24hrs and was not due to return it until 8:45am the next morning. After an exhausting day of moving, searching for a location to drop off for an additional 20 mins or more is more than frustrating. I was told if I attempted to drop off any where other than the assigned location, I would charged $50.00 additional and if I couldn't pay that fee I would be placed on promissory and would be banned from doing business with U-Haul until that balance was paid. Well fortunately for me I eventually found the out of the way location where the attendant only mumbled a few words to me about folding the blankets that I used or I wouldn't receive my deposit back. Of course we did completed this task as quickly as possible, received my refund and left. Awful experience. Between the cost of gas, the rental, the rude service and the abundance of inconvenience I would rather pay movers.

Terrible place to rent and will report to the BBB, customer service terrible, the truck was a 26 footer and driver door would not shut due to the latch being jammed and broken. I reported it and there was nothing they could do, when I turned corners to the right the door would swing open and almost hit oncoming cars and objects, truck had no power and needed a tune up, hard to start, and when I returned it the guy didn't care that my safety and others was jeopardized and offered no apologies or discounts giving me an unsafe and non-maintained 26 foot vehicle to drive. I almost fell out several times and would never refer anyone to this place! TERRIBLE!

I picked up a 26' truck at this location, and it was not well-maintained. I had troubles with it on the highway. It was the leaning very far right . And I couldn't go over 30 miles an hour.I ended up exchanging at the Kathryn Avenue location the next day.

I tried to explain my the gas mixup to the cashier but he proceeded to raise his voice at my husband and I. Manny was rude and unprofessional. I encountered two terrible associates on both my pickup and return. I will never use you guys again.

Truck had not been cleaned between my rental and last customer. Remnants of chewing tobacco were on the armrests, steering wheel, and stereo, as well as brown liquid that had been wasted on the seats, doors and and floor of truck. I rented the truck to transport my motorcycle, and had my 10 y/o daughter with me, and I was afraid to allow her to touch anything inside the vehicle in fear she would be putting her hands on something that had been in someone's mouth.

The passenger side mirror was loose. This caused the mirror to move while on the freeway, and I was unable to to see cars in the right lane which was dangerous. Had to pull over several times during the trip to fix the mirror

Personnel working at the location basically called me a liar when I told them I was a military member and was awarded a discount. I presented my receipts that clearly shiwed the amount to be charged and he still did not believe me and called to make sure I was not trying to get away with not paying a dollar more. The original charge would have been $10.84 and my discounted charge was $9.84. I have spent a lot of money with UHAUL over the last 14 months and this by far was the worst experience ever.
