I was told that the rate was $0.29 when you go over a hundred mile and I think that I have been overcharged because they did not honor what they say and I will really appreciate to get my money back because this is false advertisement

Upon returning the trailer, guy didn't know where my contract or rental info was. It was pouring rain, no one told me where to park, no one assisted taking trailer off and was inside not busy with one customer at all. This place e is a joke with a gas station, convieance store, restaurant and uhaul.com in one building and a small parking lot. NEVER again, unless things greatly change there. My wife and I had to take off the wires and trailer hitch and lift it off ourselves while getting drenched in the rain. We are 50 years old! NO ONE helped, well there was only one employee there and all he did was finally come out in the covered area and gave me a ridiculous angle and small area to park in and went inside to no customers, not guiding me or being there to help unattach the trailer. Then to park it because of the way they had a big uhaul.com truck in the gas lane took me 8 times up and back to get in this ridiculously small spot to park in. Never been treated like that at ANY uhaul.com or any other rental places. I am a platinum member at enterprise and they would never treat me like that. Signed, Embarrassed for uhaul

I rented this trailer to pick up a sectional from Nebraska furniture Mart 2 miles from hans Valero. I got the the furniture place opened the trailer and the entire floor was covered in hay and what seemed to be animal droppings. The people at furniture stops helped clean it our so my new sofa would be messed up. So no this was a terrible experience.

Hire more people at this location. He had to manage the store and u haul at the same time. I was asked to wait several times while he checked people out and I was there first. The first priority was to the store and not u haul.

There isn't much parking and I was not comfortable leaving my car in a gas station parking lot for the day. The lot was so congested with cars coming and going and getting gas, it was very cumbersome. Although the attendant was nice, this was my first time to drive a U-Haul and I would have appreciated a bit more assistance, if nothing else, to ease my concerns. The dashboard indicated a low tire and when I mentioned this to the attendant, he was not concerned and said the light is on if there isn't a certain amount in the tire but it was good to travel. If this is a technical malfunction, it should be fixed. As a driver, it made me nervous. Maybe staff up a bit more, at least for pickup so the attendant can spend more time with a U-Haul customer.

Had to drive to the other side of lewisville from frisco to pick up a tow dolly after calling to reserve 1 and answering a dozen questions multiple times. Then instead of being able to deliver it back to a closer location I had to bring it all the way back to lewisville the same night because the other location closed at 8 pm. Nice people but not so convenient

I paid for a 24 hour rental, Hans changed it to a 6 hour rental and charged me for an extra day saying I returned the trailer late. I had returned the trailer within 24 hours. Hans requires you to disconnect your own equipment when it is returned. Bad customer service and the equipment area is very small, making accessing the equipment very difficult. The employees at the location do not assist with directing you to the equipment. I only rented at this location because my reservation was "bumped" to this location. If my reservation is ever sent to this location again, I simply will not accept the transfer. I will rent from another facility. I had such a bad experience picking up the trailer that I called Uhaul to ask if I could return the trailer to a different location. I was told they owned the equipment and it had to be returned to Hans. The return experience was worse than the pickup experience. However, I did receive wonderful customer service when I directly called Uhaul for assistance with the overcharge the Hans tried to charge me. She spoke to Hans and tried to resolve the charge. She was unable to get the charge corrected and then disputed the charge in the Uhaul system. I am happy to say I have received a refund on the incorrect charge. Thank you Uhaul customer service.

Please don't have the customer pay a car wash crew member to clean the soiled in fecal matter in the bed of the pick up rental. I know it was some sort of animal fecal matter, I been around farm animals long enough to distinguish that smell. I would probably follow up with who ever used the truck last to see what they may have put in there. They charged me $8.00 to clean he soiled pick up truck bed. The inside bottom of the cabin was also covered in fecal. I regretted taking the truck 6981L but I was running out of time. To make things worse, I returned the truck before the 24 hour rental ended and the man charged me for 2 days and he twisted my words saying that I told him that I won't be returning the truck until after 8pm yesterday. I wasn't sure if their was a language barrier but I told him that I want the 24hr rental. I won't return It today because i won't be using it until 8pm. From what I understand, Uhaul location close at 7pm. For that reason I won't return it until tomorrow. I was extremely unsatisfacted and then when I got home, I got upset enough to stop myself from my packing and moving and wright this review. At the end of the day, my perception of uhaul was that I rented a dirty truck that I had to clean and returned in within the 24 hours and was charged for the second day. After me tring to do the right thing I get penalized for the mans reason. I have used Uhaul on many occasion but this is a first problem I had with them. This won't stop me from getting UHaul in the future but I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this specific location. Anson Alexander.

I had spoken to customer service on 2 occasions requesting to pick up the truck at a nearby location and was told that, since there was plenty of time to accommodate, there shouldn't be a problem and, yet, I was given a pickup far off.
