I just typed long complaint and this site erased it so it shit just like getting charged for gas i ahould not have atendent refused to give full tank told him it says half told me thats how works just be same on return refuse to look at gauge pick of truck or drop off.took pic of my pic on phone . Repted that he doesn’t know what was when o left didnt want that pic? And refused to look at gauge at pick up.said no thrre times i asked im not going to be chatged gas said no? Still carged gas i payed and added gas there to make match

Gens JPiss poor location that left zero equipment I rented and charged me for it. Last time I use U-Haul. Not only is it expensive, the application sucks ass.
Connor FI picked up the U-Haul truck and noticed that it was not clean when I received it. Also, the fuel level was below half a tank, even though the documentation shows that the fuel level was at half a tank at the time of pickup. I want to make sure these issues are documented so that I am not held responsible or charged for the cleanliness or the fuel discrepancy when I return the truck. Please update the record accordingly.
