Better inspection of vehicles before leasing them to customers. We were barely 45 minutes into our trip when the left read tire went flat. It was a scary experience on the interstate, and it took approximately 3 hours before we could get back on the road. I feel the truck should have been better inspected before letting us get on the road. Then we were leary/anxious about more problems.

Confirmed reservation was for 10 furniture pads- they were out.

Make sure your computer records for inventory in the store are more up to date. Your computer did not show enough packing blankets I needed for my move.

If you fill up the tank more than when you got it, you should be able to get some credit.

Guy behind the counter was friendly and took care of us in a quick manner as there were three other people returning.

Guy at the desk (owner) was a jerk. Very rude when I called and asked where he was located and even ruder when I showed up. I asked for receipt for the truck I left he all but threw it at me. Very rude. First bad coinage I have ever given someone. That rude

Great customer service, picked up lunch at the location since they have an onsite deli after my move

Made the mistake of not taking a picture of the odometer before leaving to move. Rental agent shafted me for 44 miles even though I know for a fact I drove a grand total of 26. Very dishonest. Will not rent from that location again.

I made a reservation for a 10" truck and was given a van. Everything I had to move did fit in the van with some serious packing, but I was disappointed. Where I picked it up was a gas station / convenience store and he helped people that came in the store after I did that were buying sodas, beer and the such. The main thing that bothered me is this store also sells drug paraphernalia ( glass pipes and rolling papers and the such ) I was bothered by this as I had my 11 year old son with me and had to explain what they were. I will not recommend Uhaul to my friends and have two moves in the next month and WILL NOT use Uhaul, as the allow this type of thing to happen.

At check-in the guy behind the counter stated I purchased dolly and blanket. Wrong. Dolly only. At drop off the man was rude and kept asking me if I used blankets. I felt like they were "looking" to charge me more. Thank goodness I hired helpers who vouched for me.

$0.79 a mile seems a bit high when I have to pay for the gas too.

have a location where the person who rents out the trucks knows something about U-haul. The guy didn't know the answers to any questions and didn't know what the insurance would cover or why we would need it. Also, gave us keys to wrong truck.

The place was fine and the gentleman that helped was nice, but getting signed out took longer then expected due to the place is also a gas station and gas station customers were taken care of 1st.

Richard made my u-haul experience a nightmare! He is absolutely the worst person to deal with, unethical, rude, would not provide his last name and accused me of not filling the truck with fuel when it broke down and was towed to his facility after only traveling 12 miles. The fuel pump needed to be replaced so obviously the fuel would be effected to repair it at his shop. He demanded that i come to the gas station at that moment or provide my card # to fill a tank that had less than a quarter of a tank to begin with. It was obvious he was trying to rob a customer. I called the pick-up location and reported it to corporate. I am still waiting to ensure no additional charges were charged to my account.
