SULEMAN DWell, you could refund me the additional fuel that I left in the vehicle. I dropped it off with half a tank and when I picked it up, it had a quarter of a tank left. I’d like to be refunded to $15 worth of fuel that I put in the vehicle. I’d also like to know why you charged me a dollar per extra mile when in the contract it clearly states $.37 per mile. I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you.
CHRISTOPHER KBe consistent with deposit amount as I used a cargo van multiple times and I’ve been told different amounts each time. And associate can never explain why or same answer. Vehicles aren’t clean either with trash from food/snacks left inside

Kenneth FI think you need to work on equipment maintenance like engine and pickup, it stopped working at one point, i need you guys to replace new equipment cause these were old and no good pickup and breaks were not working fine. Apart from these everything is fine

NASSIF KThe location literally stunk so bad we about threw up! I don’t know what it was but it was disgusting! Service tech was hard to understand and a little rude but I think he was probably frustrated too. Truck was in great shape, but it was on empty! I mean like 5 miles to empty! That was definitely disappointing when you rent a truck for $2300.00 and have to scramble to get to a gas station! Btw the truck dinged for fuel about 2 miles after we got on the freeway!

Initially the reservation was done incorrect, then i went to the pick up location. and i had call the 1800 number to get it correct then, I thought we had it straight out. but when i return the equipment back, i was charge 3 time more than what it was supposed to be. The issue was not the location. the issue is the Reservation issue with the final billing.

DHANUNJAYA NThe furniture dolly I rented had a wheel that was flat on one side, making it extremely difficult to push when loaded with furniture. Upon returning the dolly to the rental location, I pointed out the issue and asked if I would receive a discount or if the dolly would be removed from service. The representative told me he could not do anything about it and that he would not rent it again. I firmly believe that U-Haul should issue a refund for the furniture dolly, as the equipment was clearly substandard and not fit for use.

Darwin KTruck was parked in a sinkhole with the underside of the truck touching the ground. Mud was caked onto the tire 3/4 of the way up the huge tire. I receeved no paperwork or condition form. We drove 34 miles and we were charged for 100. When we dripped the truck off, there were no lights on at all, pitch black. Barely found the key dropbox. Was not walked around vehicle upon receiving the keys. Was absolutely a weird and offputting experience
Joseph-Richard WI was expecting the price to be closer to $19 like advertised on the van. The band did not speak very good English that helped me. It is only fair that you charge by the mile, but I didn’t know my approximate $19 would be $178, that is a big jump. I was two hours late in returning the van and that was an additional fee. It counted as a day versus two hours, a minor part of the day. I have a suggestion to make that you break the second day down to quarters so you’re not charged as much for a little over the return time.
PAMELA FI was upset that my original pickup location did not have the equipment promised. I had to find this location on my own in order to meet my moving date.

malik jThey should have given me a receipt when turning in the truck. I was later called by UHaul asking if I turned the truck in. Apparently the location was late recording that I turned in the truck.

mendieta lThe windows inside and outside were very dirty. I washed inside and out myself. Then I tried the window washers in the car, there was no water in the tank. I had to wash the exterior windows each time I filled the truck.
DIANE GI was transferred to this location because the one I wanted didn’t have a trailer.
CHAD LThe customer service agent was rude, they didn’t have all the requested items to assist with the move, the truck was dirty and smelled horrible, and the agent overcharged me. I called UHaul customer service and was able to be refunded for the invalid charges - but Hans Valero UHaul was the worst location I’ve ever visited.
NICOLE JIt’s ok. Not the best customer service. I was told it’s $1 per mile. Was charged $1.19. The drop off guy was very rude.

Mark PI waited 2 hours to get the truck, and the trailer was missing the left light. There were no other options, and they took advantage of my urgency. I don't recommend it.
