Maria CVery bad service, the employee verbally abused me because my English was not fluent, he denied me the rental, and said it was reserved and it was a lie because I did not speak English, I had to go out and make the reservation online and come back to get it, when I arrived he wanted to charge me twice for the equipment rental, because I was arriving before 11 am when I scheduled the pick up and finally the rented unit had wrong numbers, very bad place for Latinos who do not usually speak fluent English, I do not recommend the place, they cheat!

RYAN RIt was hard to figure out where to drop off my trailer. The parking was a block down the road with no signs. I'm hoping I left it in the right place.
HOWARD WThe equipment I reserved to rent with the uhaul was not in the uhaul and I was never able to get ahold of the location to pick said equipment up. Had to rent uhaul for additional time due to this fact. I rented it because I knew I needed it. Ended up injuring myself because I didn't get the equipment I rented and so did my fiance while we tried to make do with what we had, while trying to move a 2 story house as a family of 6. overall awful experience. Went from only spending about $150.00 to spending $500.00 because of the lack attention to detail.

Michael BThe location the GPS gives you is not the location to drop off, if I had to drop this U-Haul off at this specific location more than once I would have had no idea what I was doing or where I was going, it wasn't helpful. Plus doing it at night makes it about twice as hard, in the daytime you can see the parking lot about half a mile ahead with all the U-Haul trucks pitch black outside. You have no idea they're down the road, so you're trying to figure out how to get into this locked parking lot until you finally figure out to drive down the road a little bit to the actual location, this could pose issues for people dropping off in the wrong location and getting reprimanded financially.

April HIt was difficult to find since their is not a sign. I'm sure rentals would increase significantly if they were provided a sign. Beyond that everything was excellent!!!
David BThe entire process of making my reservation online via the U Haul app, picking up the U Haul equipment, using it for the job I needed it for, and returning it, was a great experience overall! I will definitely use Happy Hills Feed again for future needs, and I will tell anyone else about them and my experience, should I be asked.

Michael RMy pick up point was changed the day before and the representative told me the new pick up point was only 6.9 miles past the original location but it was actually double that one way. Now I have to pay more for mileage. I feel I should be reimbursed for it.

craig mIt was a mess to get it picked up because the truck was not at the site you have to use your location on your phone to pick up. By the time we got home, we found that the cable to the back door of the truck was broken and we could not get it fixed in the time frame we needed to leave. We had to fight with that. Then we had extra charges at the end because the mileage wasn't figured correctly. We have 2 loads in May and will not be using U-haul for those.

Kenneth WThe location was not the problem. The entire U-Haul pickup experience was far beyond poor. I booked my pickup location just around the corner from my house, instead they switched me to a location that was a 30 minute drive away. The App pick up function failed. I had to check in at the Happy Hills Feed store. I had to wait 15 minutes for their computer to pull up U-Haul's terrible system. After that, I was given the code to the truck's roll up door where the key was. The lock was old, rusty, and took over 10 minutes to figure out and open. Terrible management, and service failure by U-Haul. Not the store's fault. This all put me behind an hour and a half. Would not recommend U-Haul's automated pick up service ever again.

terry uI picked the truck in the late evening. The next morning, I had to sweep the cargo area, I found a printer in the cab, and loose candy on the floor.
Bryan AThe U-Haul was clean but it had transmission issues and got a mile down the road and had to call roadside assistance. It took almost 6 hours to get someone to verify and then get new equipment. Thank goodness I didn't load anything before issue happened. With second truck I fully loaded and drove for almost 2 hours then it broke down on the side of I30. Engine was good but would not move. Repair guy was great but couldn't fix. Took hours from breakdown to tow truck. I was pulling my vehicle so drove to new truck. When tow truck came and moving guys were waiting. Why do they try to talk you into unloading and loading your own truck. Really I was one person. Anyway it was smoking from back right tire because tow truck driver was told transmission not axle so tired popped which sounded like bomb. Caught on fire they tired to put out. Granted all in front of U-Haul store, mover's, and tow truck driver. These roadside assistance asked me to take pictures and upload. Are you kidding me I was like ask the people that work for you. I shouldn't have to risk getting burnt or the other tire exploding on me. Now still waiting for U-Haul to contact me to make it right. 11 to 12 hours nightmare that I will not get back. Fyi I had just filled that truck up.

Kenneth MIt wasn't the pick up location but rather with Uhaul. I was sent the information where to pick up and it was changed without my knowing because they sent the info to wrong phone number. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes before I got a person to talk to and was told my location was changed making me having to travel further away and making me late to meet my movers. Then when I went to drop off location I was being charged an additional $798!!! And was told my drop off location was changed! Someone needs to look into these matters and fix them.
Sharon BIf this wasn't my first time dealing with uhaul I don't think it would have been so bad but this was so confusing and website for self check out glitches so hard. It sucks but im sure the in-person pick ups are easier.

James CAgain, was forced to use this location by uhaul because they needed me to drop off here. There were a few places much closer. But, I had no choice. We tried to drop off after hours on April 30. The location was closed and there was no place to park the truck and no special instructions on how to leave the truck. We could tell it was a uhaul rental place with the uhaul signs So, we had to go the next morning at 9am like reservation said. The actual location doesn't open till 12. As we were trying to figure out what to do, someone drive up and tells us it can be dropped off down the road. OK, interesting. We get down the road to find an actual uhaul spot to park the truck and a key drop box. This was extra annoying because I broke my foot during our move and driving was unbearable. To go through all this just topped it off. If there was a sign at the real uhaul address telling us what to do or instructions of some sort, it wpuld have changed the whole experience.
