Even though the store was supposedly open, there was no one available to check in our equipment and close out our rental contract. We were directed to use the online service to closeout our contract. This was very time consuming and we were unsure that our contract was closed out accurately. My wife and I took pics of the entire truck and car transport including the interior of the truck to show it was swept and the blankets were folded. There was no damage to the interior or exterior of the truck or trailer. Our milage was well under the alloted contractual amount and the gas tank was filled to over the required half tank as that was the level we accepted the truck. The only issue we had was that the tail light wire coupling came loose one time and you may want to check it out.

santigo rWas charged over $700 for not taking it back to Dallas after I selected 1 way I feel very very mislead and scammed I truly will never ever use Uhaul again after how I was treated at the Baytown location after the lady on the phone was so nice that helped me book it. I was treated like an idiot at the baytown store by the lady for even bringing it in because it doesnt belong to them. so I tried to explain to her what happened and she told me she really didn't care its not her problem I can call corporate all I want because they never do nothing anyways. Such a poor experience from a reputable company we have used forever. You guys should really tell her that is not how you treat customers. I hope to talk to somebody higher up regarding this.
Tre KLocation a little confusing because Happy Hills fed is not where you pick up the truck. The pick up location is across the street and down to the corner of 917 and Renfro. I go to happy hills feed store a lot and it was still confusing for me. Especially since happy hills feed is closed and you can’t even get into there parking lot
