My pickup time was 10 but the guy came after 10.30 also he serving 2customer same time I was first wating for him come to location my moving helper was waiting I had loss need to compainset because unable policy if late it's free also I paid extra to my guys u haul is good I always renting it's never happen.

I received an interesting call from a U-haul number which is the same number i had in the confirmation txt the person told me that the truck i rented was stolen and therefore I need ti either go puck from another location or get a bigger truck. When I went to pick up at the location, the owner told me there is no such thing and not truck was stolen. If this was a mistake ,then no problem.But if it was an effort from customer service to make me rent a bigger truck and pay more money,then you need to rethink your liability and trust with customers..

DANIEL IIt’s was my first time using them so I rent the van at this location. I was charged estimated fee then at my final drop off of the vehicle I was charged estimated fee included extra mileage. What kind of nonsense is this? Shouldn’t the estimated fee be subtracted from the final fee?
RAYON BChose this location as it reportedly had a store front operation as I have had difficulty with the mobile app in the past. Store was to open at 8am. I arrived to not only find the store closed, but 'out of business''!!! Had to rely on the app which again proved problematic, and once the truck was opened, there was no ignition key available. Three phone calls to U-haul later and more of the app, I was provided with an alternate truck. Whole process took over 2 1/2 hours.

DWAYNE ACheck engine light on but truck was working fine. Only a short distance is what I needed … perfect size!
Susan LThe truck was dirty and when I drove away from there, I noticed the rear blinker was nit working which caused me a lot of anxiety on the highway. I had to get off the highway and take side streets. Took twice as much time. Called customer service and I am still waiting for them to resolve this issue.

Cndy HMake it somehow to have a more full fuel tank. A quarter tank is okay, but I had to refuel twice to return the vehicle as my destination was further than the remaining fuel in the truck. Not sure how you’d do it but everything else was great, easy location and friendly staff.
Michael GI was wondering that I drove only 7 km and U Hall charged me 6 Litter gas amount. Which was not fair to me
Yawar MNext time I reserve a small square truck I would like to pickup it at the location I reserved at. Not at another location.I was not pleased with the service with the new owners they also had problems finding my reservation so I had settle for just a van instead of what I originally reserved.
