The truck had no working air conditioning and the kilometres didn’t match the contract. Will most likely be the last time I rent from U Haul.

AZHAR UI rented a vehicle for an hour drove 5 km in total and was charged $19 in gas, I took a picture from start to finish and this is highly unacceptable. I was told that $13 surcharge was issued by U-Haul. I have a very strong social media presence and will be sharing my experiences with your company very disappointed.
