EDMUND GI was originally to pick up in Orillia. I showed up and there was no truck. I was on a very tight schedule and being delayed like this. Cost me money. When I did get told to go to another pick up location, when I picked up the truck it was dirty inside with food items on the seats as well as only having less than half a tank of gas. In future I will probably go with another company.

DONALD MIf I missed it, my bad…but having somewhere in the description that there isn’t any air conditioning or USB ports for charging your phone in the van would be a good thing to know.

JAYDEV CI got charged mileage to bring the truck back.from Toronto to orillia bc although requested and reserved they didnt have a truck that could be dropped off at rhe innisfil location. The truck they had was one of their "local" trucks. I wasn't informed this until I checked the reservation the day before. I tried co tasting ujhaul through their portal which was nothing but a hassle and nothing got resolved after losing the agent twice and then trying.talk to so.ek e on the phone a other fiasco. So to the gentleman at the counter pick up morning . We need the truck fine well drive it back from Brampton to orillia. They charged me the mileage to bring it back although they didn't provide me with a truck i could drop at a.closer location.

BRIAN TOwners were very friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. Much better experience than the Uhaul location 20 mins North where staff had me taking pictures of equipment I was not renting and wasted an hour of my time before we even got permission to access the trailer we rented, only to find the trailer wires cut and the trailer unsafe for road use. Thanks for saving the day Happyland Inn

JOHN NThis was the first U-Haul I called and I should have went with them in the first place I went to a couple other places that were closer they were horrible I ended up coming back to this U-Haul location I'm at three people they were all fantastic I got what I needed moved dropped off U-Haul they were good too. GREGORY JStraps on trailer were partially cut thru. I didn't use them. Used my own straps. Light wiring was in bad shape and tongue jack was almost seized. Trailer functioned pretty well

Harley CI reserved a truck.. was not at kings inn.. did not get 50 back for that which states it was supposed to happen... I get sent to hwy 11 happy land inn, which we got our truck but not our utility dolly. So they offered us 2 reg dolly's which was nice of them. But I was charged 300 for the first and now 232 extra... and didn't get anything back even tho customer service offered me 50 back.. so I should be getting my refund from the first truck which was not at kings inn. I'm beyond disappointed and never usually have issues.. this was not ideal for us trying to move
