This was the first U-Haul I called and I should have went with them in the first place I went to a couple other places that were closer they were horrible I ended up coming back to this U-Haul location I'm at three people they were all fantastic I got what I needed moved dropped off U-Haul they were good too. There were furniture tacks all over the cargo area floor

GREGORY JStraps on trailer were partially cut thru. I didn't use them. Used my own straps. Light wiring was in bad shape and tongue jack was almost seized. Trailer functioned pretty well
