Truck storage area was dirty, chunks of food. The lock system on the lockbox was extremely difficult to open…it took several people and finally a phone call for help to open. Customer service was kind, polite and caring. Info online was not the same as my invoice…cost per mile.

Carlos CMy Wi-Fi was not very good at this location. I did not know which van was one assigned to us. I had to find it myself. It would be good to have the licence number on the key tag. I would prefer it if the clerk could have come out and shown the van and taken pictures and odometer readings of the van because by the time I was able to open the U-Haul link to input the information it had timed out.
