David V.My reservation was changed last-minute from a closer, more convenient location. To Hardin. Which was a 1 1/2 hour drive one way just to pick up the truck. Which wasn't the truck I asked for. Then they did not have the hand truck I asked for. I had to make 2 trips because again. I did not have the truck that I asked for. This was a very bad experience. And I rent from Uhual alot.
CLARKSON A.It's not about the location, it's the uhaul website that is terrible. I reserved a truck and carrier and qqas charged twice for the carrier and g ot no helps at the mine hill location to cancel the reservation. Then my perffered pickup drop off locations were changed.no biggy, the worst was having to pickupcarrier at sussex.

Javier R.I had already dropped my trailer off at a uhaul location and that drop off went well. Then the system texted me to remind me to return my trailer to a different location. I called to let them know it had already been returned. Was told there may be a couple hundred in fines. Cancelled my day commitments to spend even more time dealing with this only to be ultimately told i would not be charged. Gee thanks. The trailer itself worked great. Every part of ordering and returning it was a real pain in the butt.

Before I used the van, vacuumed seats and floor in front as well as the back of the van. And, when I finished using it, I vacuumed the van all out before returning it. Everything else was ok!

Michael H.I requested Newton pick up but had to use above location. I was not allowed to return to Newton without a fee. I think when you change location should be allowed to return to original pick up spot without fees. I had an extra 40 min travel time one way. Plus obviously extra travel time.

mark H.The staff was excellent and VERY friendly. We did not have a problem with the rental place but a problem with the truck itself. We were told that it was a new truck, It looked new and drove great. We loaded the truck during the day, had a storm come through at night and when we unloaded the truck some of our boxes, mattress and box spring were wet. Had to be a leak in the roof because the boxes that were wet were in the middle of the truck.

CARLOS M.Truck was dirty inside the cab. Took almost 2 1/2 hrs to finally be able to get the truck due to misinformation from U-Haul. Was late picking up my things from my exhusbands house and ended up with police being called. Spent from 8:30 am till after 11 am to finally get into the truck and wasted time downloading the U-Haul app on my phone which ended up not working at all!!!! Extremely disappointed in U-Haul!!!!!

Michael S.Was called and told I had to wait for person to come in because she was the only one to do contracts. No problem..I was at work anyway up the road. Once person got there, I received 5 phone calls rushing me to get there...(about 15 min). I rented a trailer the week before from another place in the area and they were great.

Russell V.Gas was at 3/4 when veh was picked up gauge was at 3/4 when truck was dropped off I was told I returned veh with only 11/16 of a tank you must be kidding on top of this I was told to return the truck to a different location than what the contract said I guess this was all because the network was down when I rented the truck and had to wait 2 hours for this nightmare I guess I'll rent elsewhere in the future
mark L.I was very disappointed that I had reserved to pick up a truck on Rte 94 in Hamburg on Sunday afternoon. I received a phone call at 8:30 am on Sunday morning telling me I needed to pick up the rental by 9:45 because manager stated she was not working all day. Went to pick up truck and found the office closed in Hamburg. When called the manager back she states oh we're not in Hamburg we're in Sussex. How ridiculous that I was not notified of these changes. Very unprofessional.
