Dwayne PThe place I rented from was awesome, can’t say as much for the U-Haul corporate headquarters that have called me both times I rented the trailer. First time they called and asked if I return the trailer 7 hours after I returned it with an attitude Second time I rented it once again the place I rented from was awesome but got the call from the corporate henchman asking me if I had returned the trailer at 11:30 am when I rented the trailer the day before at 4:30 pm. The trailer rental was for 24 hrs but the corporate guy who called me assured me it was supposed to be back at 11:00 am, I told him I had it till 4:30 but he just kept saying I didn’t. Once again I returned the trailer when I was done approximately 5 hrs early, U-Haul needs to get their paperwork in order and call the rental place to see if the trailer was returned and stop harassing the renter.
