The process for mobile pick up of the vehicle and the use of the app was not a seamless experience. Check in took over 45 minutes and the option to preemptively put information in to save time was not available. The app drains the battery so much and was ruining the efficiency of the phone itself. The process of check in within the location itself was good and straightforward. The app definitely needs some looking into.

JARROD HIn all my time renting U Haul's - 6-7 at least, I have never before had such a welcoming and helpful service than at Hardin Services. The proprietor made a special effort to meet me at 8am when the normal business hours started at 9am - to help me with my busy schedule in loading, travelling and unpacking in a day on my move from North Nj to Doylestown PA with some additional stops to collect some of my furniture in Phlly and North Wales.
