CARLOS PIt was a little unclear that I needed to go to the station across the street do the paperwork. Not a big deal, just a little annoying.
BRET DWhen we got there for our reservation we were initially told “not now. Come back” when we asked what did they mean told we would have to wait an additional hour because the people there didn’t know how to do it and the owner didn’t want to come in yet. We asked them if we could just call the owner they walked away from us. When we pointed out the guarantee of rental or we got $50 they suddenly wanted to help. And then the owner was extremely rude on the phone. I would not suggest anyone trying to move going there. Moving is already stressful without involving someone who wants to be unnecessary rude.
Ryan NNon English speaking, so annoying. Neither of the trailers I tried to use had working lights. In an effort to solve a problem, I purchased an adapter from the attendant, handed a $20, no receipt. Didn’t work, would not give me refund until I returned and complained to another attendant. Very poor experience. Not only would I not recommend, I will advise to avoid if at all possible.

Beverly SThe first truck wouldn't start, was side swiped damaged, was wet inside and wrenched of urine smell. The person handling it was not familiar with how to change to another truck, I was on hold for 25 minutes or so. The person on the phone was able to switch trucks so all was well after 2 hours.

DANA HMake sure the employee knows that they're not only paying the one fee that they are supposed to be charged they have to pay a deposit with a card as well because I kept getting charged more than what the guy was charging me and she didn't know why
