The app details told me to use a lock box with a code to obtain my key, however the keys were left in the box of the truck, not locked in a lock box. We spent a lot of time hunting for the keys. In addition the dollies were not in the back of the truck upon arrival. We had to call a number on the door of the building to get help and then get our dollies out of another truck on the lot.

The truck I rented had something vibrating at slow speed/2nd gear. If someone drives it, they'll experience it right away.
