they should be removed from the uhaul experience. they were unhelpful when i asked for help and told me to go to another gas station that didnt even have uhaul at it

Not sure where to even begin however, the truck was filthy. The gas gauge was supposed to be full. It wasn’t full but yet I took it back full. I rented it for 24 hours only had it for about five hours and returned it and got no money back.

RONALD HI was given the wrong location for where the trailer was located, i hooked up to it and your electronic check in caught that i had the wrong license plate number. So i looked around and found the correct trailer (license plate). The lot was not plowed (snow) and your equipment was just strewn around the yard, no organization. I will not rent from this location again. I did not have any trouble with your trailer, which i do appreciate.
