Get this location un-associated with your company brand!!! This is by far the worst experience.I've ever had with a u.Haul dealer, and i've had many check.My profile. I drove to the location that was in an abandoned gas station. That was eerily creepily, quiet and dark when I walked inside, a man who did not speak English told me to go across the street to shell, which is not where the u halls were located at. And once I finally understood him. I drove over across the lanes of traffic to the Shell Cas. Station where another gentleman who didn't speak English greeted me and a younger gentleman came running from the back to apparently check me in. It was very uncomfortable. I felt very vulnerable as far as providing my credentials. Like my Driver's license and my Mastercard, your visa card. He then just handed me a set of keys. I looked at him, he looked at me. And I said, are you going to bring this around? And we'll do a walk. Around and discuss and he said, no, you just go over find truck with matching numbers in broken English. I then looked at him ridiculously as I had my 5-year-old with me and asked, I am to cross multiple lanes of traffic, walk down a drainage ditch and up a drainage stitch over to a different gas station. That's run down, not in working order. And no lights were on and eerily, had a non English-speaking gentleman working and walk the property looking for my number, you haul, get in my u. Haul, without any associate walking through to confirm that any damage was not done by myself. And that it existed there previously, no associate, told me the amount of gas or the mileage. It was currently at nor did they give me any paperwork with said amounts on it to provide And in case of legal issues, I took pictures of the exterior myself and recorded to take pictures of the dashboard mileage and cascade.I called you hall immediately and filed a very very unsatisfied complaint had I had enough time.I would have canceled the reservation.Gone over to enterprise.And you would have lost a faithful u.Haul customer for life due to the negligence.And the poor customer service ability of this location to even serve u haul's brand properly.I would be embarrassed if my name was u.Hall and they were franchise of mine. As soon as I got into the vehicle, I soon found that the center seatbelt had no working part to plug it into my toddler had to move to a passenger adult seat. And wear the seat out there as the seatbelt in the center was not compliant. Nor working the back latch on the door is not working properly. The U-Haul itself seemed to severely struggle getting into gear between 10 and 2020 and 30. If I had to guess I would say the transmissions is beginning to slip and as I drove it on the bypass with air conditioning on a bridge. Aren't rubber smell that was incredibly strong. Encompassed the vehicle to the point that I pulled over to check all tires for any damage and again. Looked at my dashboard gages, none of which set off any alarms for me. But the smell did not dissipate. And was not coming from any other vehicle. I let the attendant know when I returned it to the shell gas station. That I was not satisfied with their hospitality. Nor their professionalism and that they could walk, they could drive the vehicle across the street and walk back themselves. That I do not wish to do that for them. I also notified them about the broken components and my complaint filed with you hall. Any specific questions or higher-ups that can take notice. I'd be glad to walk you through my process again. And cuz it was horrendous

WILLIE KThis location needs to be inspected. It’s ran out of a gas station. When I showed up to pick up my rental, the guy wasn’t even there and had to be called in. While driving in, he tried to get my information over the phone to do the check-in process, which I was highly uncomfortable with. It took me 45 minutes to finally get my rental. And when I did get it, it was dirty on the inside and back of the truck bed. He told me the reason he was late was because he didn’t have the dolly I had ordered and needed to pick it up from another store. I have placed my reservations several days prior and he was picking it up five minutes after my scheduled pick up time. Highly don’t recommend this location. It needs to be reviewed and inspected.
Elijah AThere was a guy at the Sunoco station that we could not understand. My wife or I both tried and couldn’t understand him much. Then he sent us across the street to the Shell, which I guess they actually have the U-Haul so we got it taken care of and I guess that’s how they do it but a guy who you can’t understand is that the front line is a Third World crap

CARLOS PIt was a little unclear that I needed to go to the station across the street do the paperwork. Not a big deal, just a little annoying.
BRET DWhen we got there for our reservation we were initially told “not now. Come back” when we asked what did they mean told we would have to wait an additional hour because the people there didn’t know how to do it and the owner didn’t want to come in yet. We asked them if we could just call the owner they walked away from us. When we pointed out the guarantee of rental or we got $50 they suddenly wanted to help. And then the owner was extremely rude on the phone. I would not suggest anyone trying to move going there. Moving is already stressful without involving someone who wants to be unnecessary rude.

In an effort to solve a problem, I purchased an adapter from the attendant, handed a $20, no receipt. Didn’t work, would not give me refund until I returned and complained to another attendant. Very poor experience. Not only would I not recommend, I will advise to avoid if at all possible.

Beverly SThe first truck wouldn't start, was side swiped damaged, was wet inside and wrenched of urine smell. The person handling it was not familiar with how to change to another truck, I was on hold for 25 minutes or so. The person on the phone was able to switch trucks so all was well after 2 hours.

DANA HMake sure the employee knows that they're not only paying the one fee that they are supposed to be charged they have to pay a deposit with a card as well because I kept getting charged more than what the guy was charging me and she didn't know why
