This doesn't have to do with the location so much as it has to do with the overall service. I went to pick up the truck and when trying to do so, you needed an extra contact. I totally understand that, but why wasn't this verified when I scheduled the truck? Also, in the midst of doing the automated system to verify another contact, a couple of chats were initiated and when the contact didn't answer the phone immediately the first time, the system didn't give enough time to resolve the issue and had to stay the whole process again. Also, I was charged for an appliance dolly but there was not one in the truck anywhere.DARRELL H.

It seemed as if the people weren't quite sure of what they were doing upon pickup. The reservation ended up being changed and not correct by the time I finished.Vanessa S.
I called 3 times to drop the uhaul back off and they hung up on me all 3 times, so I just decided to go up there and had to wait about 30 minutes just to figure out where to go and when I finally did the service was very poor. I was super frustrated with them already after being hung up on and I tried to return it before they closed at 7pm. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless they just want a big headache. On the plus side the people at J&R body shop were super friendly and helpful. Definitely not happy with my service. I tried calling U-Haul about it and was on hold for 10 minutes and still didn't get a chance to talk to someone.CHANDLER M.

I do not hold Harper Pawn responsible for the issues I had when picking up the truck and car transport. The people at this location went above and beyond to get me what I needed. First I had to go 100 round trip from my home to get to where the equipment was located. Second we hitch up the first car transport and then noticed that the strap that goes over the right tire was broken so we switched to the next car transport where both straps were in tack. Third the truck would not run turn signals on the car transport and had to find a second truck. I arrest the lot before 9:00 and didn't leave till around 11:30.Charles K.

truck was very dirty, trash in cab and in the box trailer. Had to buy a broom and trash bags to clean out truck. I thought with the issues with covid the truck would of been clean. It was very important to me and I was very disappointed that it was not.Eli H.
