On drop off staff was there to help. Very friendly. Madevit very easy to drop and check out.

Ron HA staff member (male) was very rude and disrespectful towards me and other customers. It was one the worst customer service experiences I’ve have ever encountered. I reserved a 10’ U-Haul truck online 2 days prior to picking it up. Upon arrival the 10’ truck was not available. They offered me a 15’ truck instead. I was charged extra for the 15’ truck. I also reserved a dolly and they didn’t provide me with one. I will never use that particular U-Haul location ever again. Very bad experience with the male employee. I didn’t get his name and I wish I would have.
Steven WThe gentleman at the counter first said he didn't have my reservation, after I called the reservation number he miraculously found it. Then he berated me my son and grandson because we were on the hotrod power tour and my car broke down he stated that we should not be driving an old car on the road. He was rude and unprofessional his coworker took over the rental process and went a little smoother. The return process was a joke and a dollar a mile over the authorized mileage is ridiculous. I informed them of the destination and they failed to add it to the contract. I will not use U-Haul in the future.

Ryan KEasy in Easy out. Have to generate speed right out the exit onto a 45mph road was a bit of wake up, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Michael DBooking via web was all wrong. Email and actual pickup completely different. Store had what I need but web interface should not change my reservation that differently.
Matthew HDid not have my truck, had to drive a 26 foot truck that I did not want. Did not have all of the equipment. Charged me for the equipment they did not have. Changed me to a 24/ 7 rental because they don't want to work on Saturday. Told me they had been trying to call me all day when they never attempted to call me. The UHaul all is buggy and difficult to use for a self service rental.

David FAll I can tell you is I got outstanding service so fast in and out everything I wanted the way I wanted it. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond very friendly.. will definitely use this place again. Five stars
david bI would definitely let them know to make sure the equipment has been cleaned. The truck. I rented was very dirty and sounded like it was going to fall apart, but the staff there was very nice nice so it would be a give or take if you’re desperate for a truck.

XIOMARA MThe person at this location wanted us to repark the trailer after we had already parked it where he said to park it then said he was going to have to move it anyway. Plus there wasn't a jack used to remove the trailer from our truck. It was lifted off by hand and dropped on the ground by their employee. The person in the office didn't speak at all except to say the other person was handling it.
PAMELA RTruck pulled to the right some, and the steering wheel was not aligned properly making it a little more challenging to drive.

George MHad a tire that was going flat right after I picked up trailer went back and they just ask if I needed air and said they would put a note in the computer to have tire fixed when I dropped it off. Ended up contacting roadside assistance cause tire was still going flat and I had a 6hr drive to get home.
Dustin WFirst equipment given did not work, tail light was not working. Had to redo paperwork and get another one. Staff also expected me to unhook the broken tow dolley after they hooked it up. It wasn't until I kept asking them if he was telling me to do it, he kept repeating himself to unhook it and put it back. Eventually after the 4th time saying it, he got the hint and did it himself. Not friendly atmosphere in office either.
