Recently, I attended my girlfriend's army boot camp graduation at Fort Leonard Wood, an exciting milestone. However, upon my arrival to pick up a rented car from Enterprise, I discovered that my reservation had been misplaced. The situation was further complicated by the Memorial Day weekend, leading to a lack of available vehicles. In light of this challenge, I recalled my previous experiences with U-Haul rental services. After researching my options, I found that U-Haul not only provided a convenient solution but was also more affordable compared to traditional car rental services during this busy time. Using the U-Haul app proved to be a seamless experience. The customer service representative, Mrs. Harrison, was professional and helpful, and the vehicles available were well-maintained. This made my trips to and from the base much easier than I had anticipated, allowing me to fully engage in the graduation festivities without additional stress. This experience highlighted the value of having alternative transportation options available. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into an enjoyable one. Moving forward, I plan to consider U-Haul for future needs, particularly when I eventually move out of my apartment. Their flexibility and convenience could be very beneficial in the process.

JOHN Tsome of the furniture protector blankets were very dirty, requiring us to shake them out and brush off material to minimize potential for scratching furniture. Other than this, our experience was excellent.

WINIFRED CBlown away with how terrible the entire experience was and the price you pay is outrages! Oh just fyi they'll try to charge you additional money afterwards... I used 15 extra miles and a bill for $245. Wow.. Try em out a see for yourself...

ANGEL RMaybe stay open just a little later on the weekends. I would think a lot of people are trying to move when they dont work, so later office hours on weekend is all i could think to change.

FELIPE DItems that were reserved were not available. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that, but it’s frustrating to reserve things and then not have them at pick up.
HENRY DThe only thing I would add for improvement is the employee checking you in and the employee out in the lot need to be on the same page. If one says one thing then you park the trailer and the one in the lot wants you to move it after you just drove 16 hours, it might not be a pleasant conversation. Luckily, I just looked at him with veins bulging and he realized right there was fine.

NATHAN OThe trailer brakes did not work, I found out halfway through my trip when I needed to slow down to avoid a car and the trailer almost jack-knifed and began pushing my truck off of the road. The trailer master cylinder was completely empty, I filled it and braking was marginal at best. Lesson learned, verify brake fluid level my self because U-Haul will not.

Joyce aIt was very unprofessional. The guy in the parking lot flagging you down and stuff was confusing and distracting. The check engine light was on for the truck. The inspection that it asks you to do doesn't have a spot to mark this. The inspection touched on other areas but not this area. Other than that, everything seemed great. Lady at the desk was nice and courteous. The gentleman in the lot was also but the being stopped in the parking lot by the guy was confusing and uncomfortable. I've never had that done at a Uhaul location and I've used Uhaul many times. I just used a location in Jefferson City last week. The truck ran fine despite the light that was on and we got the job done.

Georgeanna CI had to get my daughter moved out of a bad relationship. We had to get everything done so fast and in one day. Everyone at this location was so helpful and understanding of our situation. I really appreciate all their help from on the phone, in the office, and a guy helped us get my daughter's car on the back of the 10' truck. Definitely recommend this location :)
