The first ruck would not start and had what looked like dried blood on the door. The 2nd truck was fine. Thought the app check in process took over an hour, We were late to our destination once we got a truck that started.

Understand it was cold but door latch was frozen the back door was frozen and the ramp was very dirty and icy

The location of the trailer was not cleared after a snow storm. The attendant was by himself so he didn’t assist with the hook up and it was very difficult due to the ice build up on the ground. After I installed the trailer to my truck , he came out to take photos. He reinstalled the chains too tightly by twisting them which resulted in them breaking about 100 miles into the trip. I in turn fixed the situation by removing the broken portion and reinstalled the chains the original way which removed the tension. I returned the broken portion to the attendant at the final destination.

The guy lied about the fuel level

The clerks did their best but weren’t trained properly. I did online check in and added an additional driver myself to save time. I was there about an hour waiting for the truck because the clerks didn’t know how to verify the additional driver. I had to pay extra for the rental and call support for a refund. I had a crew waiting to assist with out move so this put us behind.

We reserved a enclosed 6x12 trailer. The day we picked it up was total chaos. Waited more than 45 minutes to get the trailer. One employee to service everyone. The trailer light did not work on one side. It was dirty inside. Employee was not very educated on trailers. There was no other trailer that size to choose. We were late getting to our destination and was afraid of getting pulled over because of no lights working. Very stressful. I'm asking for a refund because of our troubles. Will contact corporate if we need too. Thank you.

The woman at the Harrison Shop N Go was very nice and worked through the redundant info gathering that uhaul requires and was very pleasant. The trailer was ready and clean, and all lights worked.

when I reserved the truck your system did not list the drop off point even after I entered their address. I was told I could drop off at any location but then was informed I would be fined if I did not drop off to one of the other locations listed. I called and was able to change locations which was 4 miles from my move instead of 25 miles they wanted me to go to.

Tires only had 20 psi in them (recommended pressure is 65 psi). Fortunately, the location where I picked up the vehicle to be towed had an air compressor. U-Haul processes are confusing for both the customer and the renting location. Need to make more user friendly.

Got charged for two pieces of equipment. The first one my mini van did not fit on. I should have been compensated for this

Trailer had no stand. Lifting a great deal of tongue weight to connect trailer.

The check engine light was on when I got the truck, the steering wheel was off set to the left and it wanted to wonder a lot. The cup holder was broken off just sitting on the floor.There was dirt inside the cab and the windows were so dirty I had a hard time seeing out them.

Have a better location for trailer drop off that is paved. The dirt was very soft and a person could get stuck easily. Have tongue jacks for trailer removal.

All good. drop off was easy and really convenient (only few miles from my cabin).. they were nice and helpful here. Guy directed me while backing up the trailer... was a big help... thanks again.

The trailer I reserved weeks prior with a U-Haul rep via phone was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I assume there was a mixup between central scheduling and the local facility. I’ll be sure to reserve directly with the local facility next time. The trailer I got ended up working fine. Price was affordable. Trailer was in good shape. It pulled great. Pick up and return was easy and the available hours were convenient. There was another mixup and someone from u-haul called me early in the morning while I was moving to tell me the trailer I was currently using was returned to another location in a different state. They apologized for the confusion. So overall this wasn’t a smooth first experience but I’m willing to use U-Haul again.

The windshield was cracked in sight and the anti lock brake light was on and the anti slip light stayed on the whole time
