Took a few minutes for paperwork etc at pickup. First time renting so that may have slowed things down

LORI AUnderstand it was cold but door latch was frozen the back door was frozen and the ramp was very dirty and icy
William PThe location of the trailer was not cleared after a snow storm. The attendant was by himself so he didn’t assist with the hook up and it was very difficult due to the ice build up on the ground. After I installed the trailer to my truck , he came out to take photos. He reinstalled the chains too tightly by twisting them which resulted in them breaking about 100 miles into the trip. I in turn fixed the situation by removing the broken portion and reinstalled the chains the original way which removed the tension. I returned the broken portion to the attendant at the final destination.
