I put the payment info into the app when I made the reservation and it did not get sent to with the reservation so it had to be entered again.

Rented a truck for long haul with one way drop off. Both locations were very helpful and easy to work with. Had no issues with the truck all. We also did a load share which was easy to do and help us with the cost thank you all will definitely use and recommend u-haul again.
Mark CReserving the 15 ft truck was easy online. Both the pickup and drop off process was painless. Confirmation emails and texts were timely and informative. The truck ran okay, but since it has nearly 150,000 miles on it, I was apprehensive about running it at Freeway speeds - especially since the front tires were nearing the replacement stage which added to my concerns. Otherwise, though, the truck was clean and functional. I would use Uhaul again if I needed a truck.
