When I made my reservation, I reserved a 6x12 trailer + 1 appliance dolly + 2 furniture follies which went through ad reserved. When I arrived to pick up all of my reserved equipment, the 6x13 trailer was ready (quick claim settlement sticker on the left fender) but Hary had no furniture follies nor an appliance dolly. The young man did offer and made a call to the next closest U Haul dealer and was told they had no Dollie's available. I ended up renting an appliance dolly at Home Depot ad well as buying 2 furniture follies. The young man helping with the pick up and the young lady helping with the return were very nice, polite and helpful!THOMAS W.

Ensure staff are properly trained. I paid online for the truck and told the staff who stated I would only be charged the difference of around 36 dollars. To my surprise I was double charged on Friday September 24 and when I called customer service I was told I would be reimbursed a manager would call me to discuss. No manager called me, I did not authorize a double payment and was clear that I was not authorizing so Uhaul really did not meet my expectations. I am still waiting for my reimbursement.Thomas E.

ashley never went out with me to check vehicle i took photo of gas which she put full on paper i filled it up to where i picked it up she basically charged me $8.08 for gas after i showed her the photo with miles after i got back she said ok she is terrible for that dept i want my gas $ back i have used uhaul for years terrible service she was watching a tv show lucifer i asked her could she look at photo she said its ok well never go back again carla bergman 949-572-4497carla B.

The counter area is too small. I opted for mobile pickup, but it was just aggravating because when I went to the counter to get my key, I had to wait in line for a long time because the office was tiny and full. It took about 10 minutes before I could get inside to "just get my key"Jimmy F.

I showed up to the location to pick up my Uhual and the app said i could pick up my truck and grab the keys. When i went to pick up the keys the keys were locked up and not able to be accessed. I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes and finally a rep was able to assist and get a manger to come to the store to unlock it. Unacceptable and wasted so much time and delayed my move. My Uhaul was also missing the two dollys i paid for. Went to ask where they were and they were also locked up and not able to be provided. I paid for a furniture and appliances dolly and instead all they gave me was a normal dolly. Horrible experience and will not be using Uhaul again thanks to this location for adding so much for stress and headache to a move.Jamie B.
