The drop off site was fine. It was the U-Haul.com site where we encounter some problems. I waited almost 30 minutes in order to speak with a representative. Since she was unable to help, my call was transferred, where I waited again. Finally, I was successfully able to drop off my rental.Richard V.

Harts towing was fantastic. Went the extra mile. Now the uhaul customer service is another issue. Heather tyler all where rude and kept making chances to my uhaul reservation. I call and they said there is nothing they can do. The secretary at Harts towing was in shock how I was being treated and went the extra mile and got me a uhaul.AMY K.

We had an awful time checking in with our phones because there is very little to no cell phone service in that area. It took us almost 40 minutes to get it working. Had they been open normal hours I'm sure it would have been easier but they were closed due to COVID-19.Leah C.

My one star is not for the location itself. They were excellent and I have no complaints with them. My problem is with the TWO HOURS I spent trying to pick up my vehicle using the 24/7 truck share. An hour and a half of which was spent on the phone, mostly on hold because either no one actually works at the call center or they have so many issues they are inundated with too many calls to handle. Once the problem was finally fixed, it wasn't even brought up to find a way to reimburse me for the time lost on my reservation. If I'd had any other option I would have cancelled the whole thing and gone somewhere else. Next time I will.Lisa D.
The person who checked me in was helping several people at once and didn't take the time to be particularly friendly. Perhaps a second person could help first thing in the morning? The floor of the truck was muddy from a previous use. It did not inhibit my use at all and would not inhibit my wanting to rent again.BRAD B.

This is the 2nd time I've picked up a truck from this location that was so dirty I had to take time to weep it out before getting started loading. Neither time has the location come out to the truck to review prior damage ( every other uhaul location has always done this), and this time the location charged me for gas when I returned it with more gas than when I picked it up. This location is a poor representative for Uhaul.Dorothy L.
When I showed up, the two women working there didn't even bother going outside to check on trailer, help with hook-up or in any other way assist. Instead, they locked up and left before I was even out of parking lot. At least one of the lights on the trailer was not working. Obviously, it is not possible for one person to check this...Morten H.

The truck couldn't get out of it's own way. Tires almost bald. Got stuck numerous times.Took 5 tries to get up the driveway and couldn't back up to the house. Had to carry everything in from back of truck. People fell. It was an awful experience. Thank goodness we never have to move again.BLOSSOM D.

Rented a small pick-up for 6 days .Was charged 707.04 for that. Grossly overcharged. Tried calling customer service and was on hold indefinitely. Service is nonexistent. I need to talk to someone about this matter as soon as possible. Not sit on hold forever.Jon N.

Was supposed to pay for the 20' truck I ordered, U haul called said they didn't have one but they would upgrade me to a 26' at no extra charge. Charged me for the rental of a 26' $180 vs $159. Told me I could drop off any place.Michael M.

The gas measurement on my paperwork was marked above what it actually was, so I marked the correct amount. The truck was not swept out and they had no dolly or hand carts available. I returned it with extra gas because I'm awesome like that. This is a very busy location as they also do repairs and towing. I chose it because it was within walking distance.mary K.

Was suppose to pick this U HAul up in Auburn NY....never called us to let us know we had to pick up in Waterloo. The U Haul in Auburn U Haul was the worst have ever dealt with. The employee at the counter was very rude. Never called us to let us know the truck wasnt in Auburn. We had to drive 25 miles to get to Hart Towing. The owner of Hart towing was very nice. I would not recommend going through U Haul in Auburn NY. Call Hart towing instead and by pass Auburn U Haul.LuAnn J.

No one was at the site when we arrived to pick up the truck during their regular business hours, it took an hour to get through to uHaul to get someone to open up so we could get the truck. The truck was FILTHY, including the Mom's Attic ( not the cab, but the truck itself - I took pictures) and clearly had not been previewed by the uHaul personnel before renting it out to me. As UHaul charges $25 for trucks returned dirty, I expect a $25 refund as I had to clean the truck before I could use it. Very disappointed.DOROTHY L.

There seems to be some confusion as to whether or not they are opened on Sunday and if the have a dropbox. The person at the pickup location said the drop off location did not have a drop box. The U-Haul website says the drop off has a dropbox and is opened on Sundays 9 AM until noon. When I arrived Sunday morning to drop of, there was a dropbox but the sign said they were closed on Sundays. No problem for me but I think the info should be updated.Steven C.

Called me less than 24hr before I was scheduled to move to say they didn't have any trucks for the day I needed nor the one I requested. I wanted to pick my truck up at the earliest time but staff arrived 20min late. Otherwise good experience. Clean and easy to drive truck.Amber S.
I will never go back to hart towing . Waterloo Ny..ever again. No customer service what so ever. My reservation was for 1:00 didn't get the keys til 1:49. $50 reservation guarantee is a joke. No apologies nothing . Unbelievable how I was treated . I work in customer service and the last thing u should ever do is admit u have incompetent people working for you.
