I prepaid for a car tow thing. When my step dad dropped it off they said that my Payment didn't go though so they made him pay. I called and said I see it pending on my credit card statement and they said their system was down and that they did not swipe my step dads credit card and would only use it if my payment didn't go through. I go my step dad and they did swipe his card and the charges were also pending.

VICTOR RPlace was closed but clean
KENNETH AI hired a driver to haul my vehicle from New York to Florida using one of you car transport trailer. Throughout the journey his driving experience was uncharacteristic from his normal driving experiences hauling trailers in the past. There was. great deal of shaking and bouncing pulling the car transport trailer. Once he unhooked the trailer he was able to resume normal highway driving. (no bouncing or shaking). I'm reaching out to inform you of this unacceptable traveling mainly to allow you time to check the tires (which we feel was the main issue as described above) and service the unit prior to renting to another customer. If I need to rent Uhaul equipment again I will definitely request a document as proof the equipment is in good condition. Karen Gavette
