Due to hurricane Ida I was relocated after talking with head quarters I was given an extion at no charge again due to hurricane 2 days after I turned it in I was charged 266 dollars out of my account you can imagine how unhappy I was did reach head quarters again and I am supposed to be refunded but it will take 3 to 5 days so will see thenTim C.

The rental location was changed without any info and was told in the last minute to drive 30 miles away to pick up the truck. The Truck was given as if it was full of gas but after driving 35 miles has to fill 10 gallons of gas.MURALIDHAR P.

Dropper trailer off on a Sunday. Location was closed so I didn't go in or deal with anyone. Om Monday morning about 8:30 they emailed me a receipt and completed all the paperwork. I called and they said I was all taken care and I didn't have to come by.JAMEY D.

The gentleman who checked me in went above and beyond; due to huricane Laura, he went and picked up several pieces of equipment with businesses being closed during the inclement weather- had the trailer waiting in the parking lot several hrs earlier than expected pickup. This location was amazing. I read a lot of bad reviews about people experience with other locations and it had me skeptical about it, but this location was by far amazing. The truck was clean the employees were super friendly. It was a super easy process and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need!TRACY R.

The truck wasn't moved where it said it would be located. We had to walk back and forth in the rain from the truck to the lock box twice. The online check in was a hastle. We waited 15 min just to have someone verify our account even though I had checked in two days earlier. The truck did the job but the service could use some work.Brandt L.

The pick- up was fine because I did not have to interact with the people at the place. However when I dropped the truck off a large man was outside to take the keys from me. He was very mad and proceeded to let me know that the online people should have NEVER rented this truck to me because it was already rented out to another customer, they showed up at 8:00 that morning looking for the truck and he was put in a bad spot because I had the truck!! REALLY!! I was not believing what I was hearing, as if I was not a paying customer... What has happened to customer service... NEVER WILL I RENT FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!! WAY TO MANY OTHER PLACES!!Jeanee L.

This is just the worst experience ever. I was told saturday when i picked up there would be someone at this location because i did not want to leave the truck after hours and or attempt to accumulate charged and when i arrived nobody was there this whole experience with U-Haul was shit. The ratchets on the tow dolly needed to be cleaned up and lubricated. I felt very uncomfortable when the employee asked for my full social security number. Is that a policy practice? If not, I fear that I have put my personal information at risk.Don L.
