Hart to hart is a great location for pickup and dropoff however this truck I rented was absolutely disgusting. There was some sticky substance all over the floor of the bed of the truck the cab was greasy from the steering wheel to the seat to the floor. Dirty rented moving blankets were left in the back of the truck as well as a dolly that I did not rent which got in the way but I drug it along with us all day as not to lose u-hauls equipment. I know U-Haul charges a cleaning fee to customers who return a dirty truck and I would like that cleaning fee reimbursed to my bill to cover the cost of my time and cleaning whatever mystery substance was in the back of that truck off of all my blankets and furniture. Other than that pickup and drop off was easy. Thank you.

Michael KWe rented in Walker Louisiana to go to Pollock Louisiana. Approximately 120 miles. Rented from Hert to Hert in Walker and he charged my debit card $154.49 Drop off Slaughter Ins. Pollock. Done everything perfectly. My paperwork said Walker drop off Pollock.. Slaughter took another $402. Out and said wrong drop off. I called and they said I dropped off at correct location but someone went in and changed to another location and would not tell me who. When, or how. Just took 402 dollars out of my account. So I am very upset and will be taking this to small claims court if not resolved.
