Desmond TI had to get a customer that was in the store to help me hook up the trailer . There is no jack on the trailer hitch . After making the reservation online, she still had to login and redo the whole process . Then she had to call in and redo the whole process. Then I had to tell the lady a lot of the same information on the phone. Plus after turning it in early, I didn’t receive any credit. Taking photos was a challenge as well.
