We rented in Walker Louisiana to go to Pollock Louisiana. Approximately 120 miles. Rented from Hert to Hert in Walker and he charged my debit card $154.49 Drop off Slaughter Ins. Pollock. Done everything perfectly. My paperwork said Walker drop off Pollock.. Slaughter took another $402. Out and said wrong drop off. I called and they said I dropped off at correct location but someone went in and changed to another location and would not tell me who. When, or how. Just took 402 dollars out of my account. So I am very upset and will be taking this to small claims court if not resolved.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOwner didnt i spectrum the return snd just tossed me the keys. Truck was filthy when I got it and now theyre trying to charge me a cleaning fee. If they want to keep it up I'll send them a cleaning bill for my furniture. Not to mention the owner/operator was rude after I told him my mobile pick up was messed up and started with attitude. Not a way to run things.
Benjamin DStaff is very frien and helpful. The truck interior was dirty, cab and cargo area, with evidence of sexual activity. Not anything gross, but not something I would have wanted to explain to young children.
Kevin MVery friendly and helpful they definitely made my move so much easier!!
Krystal RTrailer was clean and ready to go with good new tires for the trip. Pick up was quick and easy.
