This location was a car dealership. It did not have extra items, cartons, rope, to support a move. The sales people tried to help but were only able to help me get the remote key box. The blankets and dolly we requested were not in the truck when we picked it up. The UHaul app did not work properly. The app would not save/ upload the required photos. I used the chat app to get a link to complete the pickup.

I rented this U-Haul online and was notified it was ready for pick up. I chose to do the hands free pick up. When I got there, the entire U-Haul was covered in snow and the U-Haul had been plowed around, so it was very tricky to get the U-Haul out. If I knew I had to dig out my own U-Haul and clear it off, I wish I was told to bring equipment. Instead I had to clean it off with my hands and it took time out of my reservation period. Very disappointing.
