My appointment was for 9:00 to pickup tow dolly. I arrived at 8:45 and no one was there. At 9:10 I call the U-Haul scheduler and was assured that the individual was delayed. Individual called and stated that he was delayed for 15-20 minutes and was on his way. Individual did not arrive on located until 9:40. This is unacceptable, appointment are for a specific time. This was an inconvenience for me and my family, customer service, customer service and customer service.

Marva GayOwner of location added charges on for Insurance that I did not ask for and trailer was dirty and all lights did not work from where a previous Custer had damaged the fender and when I got it loaded I noticed that 2 tires were low on air and I had to go air them up. Equipment should be better maintained before renting.

Katrina WalkerLocation was fine; however apparently the rental I had made for a pickup and car trailer was “split” without anyone notifying us. Therefore the location did not have a car trailer available and we had to find a tow dolly elsewhere, not finding out until later that a trailer was reserved separately at another location (again the rental confirmation I had had them both at the single location and I had received no email or phone call about a “split rental”). Additionally, no trailer hitch was provided (despite me having rented both a truck and trailer), forcing us to return home to find one. Overall, a very messy and poor customer experience.

Charles Langi had a reservation on checkout, was $42 and change, this guy refused to verify it & said had lady waiting for trailer so i was charged $68 for 3hrs. not happy about that & i wont even mention the smell/stench of cigarrette smoke in that place

TERRELL JOHNSONThe representative was horrible. We opted to pay online but the rep insisted on helping us with the payment. We go inside this dingy building. He tried to process the payment for our rental over the phone and was calling our credit card number out to someone. He returns and said the card was declined. I was like no that wouldn’t be possible. After the 3rd try I called the bank and they said the person was continuously putting in the wrong expiration date. By this time we are fed up with him not knowing what he was doing so we completed the process online. We go to the area to get our rental and he has all the rentals blocked by vehicles. So we are stuck. He tells us to wait. We are there for over a hour will he sold a used car to a customer. He then comes out and moves the vehicles blocking the trailers. I will NEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVER use that location again. They held us up for over 2 hours.

Jalen NorrisI rented a UHAUL, and it was filthy dirty. the location here was extemly dirty, and when i dropped it off, they charged me a cleaning fee. I actually picked it up complety full of toys, debris , candy . It was also 3/4 full on gas, so when i dropped it off, put it back to 3/4 gas and they charged me for not filling up. Michael ThompkinsI was supposed to be reimbursed $43 for agreeing to return the truck on a quarter tank, because when i picked it up it was on E but instead after returning the truck ontime and with the quarter tank of gas, i was charged $20.62 Instead. The contract agreement wasn’t honored and when i call customer service to inquire about the $20.62 charge to my credit card, nobody knows why. I still have no clue why i am being charged.
