My circumstances required a bit of a change in my reservation. I changed it from Hobbs, New Mexico to Seminole, Texas. That brought me in contact with the Seminole office owner slant manager named Jerry. He went above and beyond the call of expectations to help me through this challenging moment. Then, my pick up started acting difficult and he allowed me to use my brother-in-law to return the trailer. Everything was in order all the insurances were there and the drop off went off without a hitch. Jerry representing U-Haul is a shining star to the U-Haul brand!
