The poor lady at the desk hadn’t been trained. I waited 20 minutes for a manager to arrive. He also didn’t know how to complete the rental, so they called another manager. It took about an hour before I took photos and hooked it up myself. My rental was locked to my reservation time, so despite returning it 23 hours from when I got the trailer, I was still charged for 2 days.
