I had five rentals over the last few weeks and I have used U-Haul an abundance previously. Each rental experience kept going downhill more than the previous. I was told someone would call me from corporate regarding some of my concerns and I have yet to hear from anyone. I was overcharged multiple times and the agent I spoke with agreed. This is my final attempt to give U-Haul a chance before I look elsewhere moving forward.
