Agent had bad Attitude & Personality
BEHZAD BI booked the location online and did not realize it’s just a gas station so there are no additional supplies for sale. There’s no dollies or anything available. If you were aware of that ahead of time, I guess that would be fine.
CAROLYN TWhen I set up my trailer online, I set it up for counter pick up when I got there. It was sort of half-and-half when I returned it. He said I had to check in online. I called U-Haul because I hadn’t done it that way before they said, they take care of it. I accrued additional charges. There was two extra charges one of which I have no clue as to what it is that that facility charged me.
PAUL Wit's a small gas station with just enough room for a couple trucks and 3 or 4 trailers...I only needed a 5x9 ramp gate trailer and they had 3 different sizes on hand so it worked out good....the gentleman running the place was quick to get me going and super fast to get me checked out when I returned. with 8 bucks for ins. the total cost was only 35 bucks.....I got what I needed hauled and returned the trailer with no problems
SHANE BPlease allow people to reserve over the phone . A lot of gas stations turned me away due to not having reservations , when I called to confirm. I was told , no. Missed out on two rentals.
JOSE GThere was an initial issue with the first truck having a padlock on the back gate with no known code to open it. Then there truck was swapped for another, which was dirty and smelled heavily of gasoline. There was an obvious gas leak with this vehicle because a uhaul being driven for less than 100 miles should not require 3/4 of a tank of gas.

ELIO VHad to get a much smaller rental then requested. Our original request was submitted and ACCEPTED for a 15ft pick up and drop ant different locations. At the time of pick up we were Told that our reservation should not have been excepted and there were no 15ft available. We NEVER received any updates or prior information letting us know about the concern. We were then given the option to drive 20 miles away for a 20ft which was much too large and much further away or a 10ft which was much smaller and still at a different location. The CS manager handled this issue poorly Do better U-Haul

BALTAZAR MThe location station was not very receptive nor helpful. Trucks were jammed together and it's difficult to exit the parked locaiton. The pickup process was difficult as the phone app didn't pick up my driver's license picture, calling the provided support number took another 20 minutes, I showed up at 8am and left at 9am. Very annoying. Once in the truck, it was on Empty, I filled it to half a tank and only put 10 miles on it, the station attendant said I will get compensation, but I haven't seen it yet. This dispersement of U-haul trucks around different areas is clumbsy because the personnel just don't care.

LORENA ZThe mileage of this vehicle has issue, I have totally used it for less than 10 miles, but Odometer was calculating 5 miles in each 1 actual miles. I think I am charged over then actual mileage.

KEVIN KTo whom this may concern, my experience was not good. I arrived and the trucks battery was dead. Once it was fixed I was late to my move. I drove a few miles down the street to attempt to make my move. When I realized that I’d did not have enough time combined with the truck was not big enough I returned the truck with in an hour. I was charged for the rental and 2 gallons of gas that I did not use 2 gallons. I was so disappointed by the experience that I left without confronting the rude renter. I would, at the least, request a partial refund if not full. I hope whom ever reads this is able to same this adjustment. You may call me with any further questions. Thank you 602-821-1555

Micheal FThe rental pick up location was fine and a typical u-Haul rental experience. What I found disappointing was the u-Haul customer experience itself. I rented a simple utility trailer 4 weeks in advance of my rental date. Instead of picking up at my usual (closer to my home location) they re-routed me to a further location stating the close location did not have a trailer. I happened to drive by the same day of the rental at the closer location and they had a whole lot of the same trailers I was renting. Also, for over 2 hours u-Haul's system went down, when I tried to pick up my trailer at the specified time they couldn't rent to me until the system was restored forcing me to drive to the further rental spot twice! It makes no sense that u-Haul cannot alert its customers by text (like they can do for everything else) that the pick up time is delayed in an effort to save people from wasting their time, gas etc.
JEAN BI had to fill out the forms in a dirty shop area on a keyboard with no monitor. I had to guess that what I was typing was correct. The man helping me was smoking a cigar while I was filling out the forms. The man who hooked up the trailer only asked me to turn on the emergency blinkers to check the electrical connection. I had to check the running lights myself. The license plate light was out. The man said there wasn't any license plate light on the trailer. When I showed it to him, he said I didn't need it. When I told him it was the law, he said he didn't have a new lamp but we could buy a new lamp at an auto parts store. When I asked him to pull a lamp from a different trailer, he brought out a lamp from the shop that was the wrong size. Eventually he pulled a lamp off a different trailer that worked.

Salvador GTruck did not have a gas cap on the gas tank. Owner said homeless people keep stealing them and he won’t replace them. This is very dangerous to drive trucks and customer loses money because gas is consumed into atmosphere when driving! I wish to file a complaint with U-Haul on this matter.

CHANOCH DWe were made to unload and move auto transport ourselves. Also location is very small for maneuvering. I was also charged $20 extra for dropping off after hours.
Anna ODo Not send anyone there. Problems with the equipment. Tire tie down ratchets would not release. Poor maintanance. Trailer brake was not working correctly. Owner new nothing about the trailer operation. Closed when I brought the trailer back and had no help removing the trailer. And then they tried to charge me an after hours delivery fee when this was never explained to me when they moved my reservation from the full service center in Chatsworth, CA. Not up to normal U-Haul standards.

Sagy SThe lock didn’t work, the manager said you need to buy your own lock ( even though the additional key on the truck turned (YES TURNED THE LICK). Returning the truck was a disaster, in the rain, could not log in to the location, got disconnected twice by Uhaul customer service.

Jayden VI'm extremely satisfied with renting a Yohal from here. They efficiently handled my tasks very quickly, and I had never rented a Yohal so easily before. Both during pickup and drop-off, it was very convenient for me. The team is very friendly as well.

Sagy SWhen I got there I stood around for a long time asking if I could get help with the Uhaul. The men were just standing around talking. They saw my reservation and didnt help much but to give me the key. The truck had trash in the back of the pick up. It also only had 1/4 tank of gas. They were not very helpful and seemed like they didnt really want to rent Uhauls.

eric lI am taking uhaul often and this time I had such a big issues with the truck I took . Yesterday was a very rainy day so it felt the truck started being unstable on the fwy the moment u reached 50 mile per hour Also the wiper blades stopped working several times on the fwy ! And my biggest issue was the truck had a leak and some of my equipment got damaged and I was told by customer service that the manager will call me back and it has been more than a day and a half and no one has reached out ! So very disappointing

Min KI reserved a 15' truck 6 days in advance, when I showed up the location, there was only 10' and 20', I had to get a different vehicle, or wait 1.5 hours after my scheduled pick up time and hope the vehicle would be returned back on time and ready for me to use.
Nima SDrop location personnel did not help, the web site keep going to reservation instead of dropping off, the Location that was assigned was a long way off from my Hotel I had reserved. The Uhaul location was right next door to the hotel and when I call Uhaul they the location next to my hotel was full and could not accept anything. Its difficult to recommend Uhaul when the experience for drop off was very, very inconvenience. When most of the time traveling to a Large downtown and we are not familiar with the heavy traffic, its important to Listen to the customer. The Hotel was reserved for the same purpose of the location of the Uhaul Location
