I ordered a 26' truck from a closer U Haul and was directed here (a gas station)--I also did everything online (paid) to not have to wait! There were 4 people ahead of me I had to WAIT, then he was running my card again & said it says credit "somethings wrong" anyway he made a call twice for help and said I would have a credit for the 2nd charge, including the dolly. Well my statement doesn't show that to be the case... Needless to say I was very frustrated, and he was blaming the computer system.

Make it clear how to retrieve the keys through your uhaul account. I was asking the clerk at the shop and he wasn't sure how to. After discovering how to do it online, the process was easy. Also the last person left dirt in the hood of the truck and a shirt in the front seat.

The self pickup process was not explained at all. The attendant there gave me the key and I left. He did not explain anything after that point. To top that, they were very rude to my fiancée when she returned the truck. They treated her like she was Incompetent and it was her fault that the instructions, that were not explained, were not followed. They were very rude.
